Magnetic Playhouse is a web-based card game for couples. Access requires an account, which you obtain through a one-time purchase or a free invitation from us.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts and access are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or shared beyond the people included in your purchase.
Purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, copy, scrape, or resell it, and no using it to harass others. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
We work hard to keep things running, but the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetic Playhouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
